Itinerary:
12.00 - Thursday Midday Walk to Mamean
We are meeting for walk to Mamean.
This Walk is beginner – friendly. It takes around 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete the walk.
14.30 - 15.00 - Accommodation arrival
After the walk we arrive to accommodation where everyone can take their time before the dinner. We have our snack, tea, coffee. Talk and relax.
17.00 - Vegan / Vegetarian Dinner
We are having dinner together before the evening Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Sound Healing Journey.
18.30 - Yoga Nidra - Guided Meditation - Sound Healing
We are starting with a Relaxation Yoga Class followed by Guided Meditation, Sound Healing and Shamanic Journeying.
The session takes around 2- 2.5 hours.
9.00 - Friday
We are starting our day with water only. We do our morning exercises on empty stomach.
9.30 - 10.30 Morning Qigong
1 hour of Qigong, mediation, visualisation practices.
11. 00 Brunch style breakfast
We are having our brunch style meal. All meals are 90% plant based.
13.30 - 15.00 - Energy Healing Workshop
This workshop aims to open you up more for energy healing practices for your own physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
15.00 - 17.30 Free time
Snacks, tea, coffee, relax, talk.

8.00 - Saturday Morning Gentle Yoga- BreathWork - Meditation with Visualisation
We are starting our day with water after which we are going to practice gentle waking up Yoga Asana, Breathing exercises inspired by Tibetan Breathwork and guided meditation for inner peace, self – love , peace and success in life. The session takes around 2 hours.

After the session we are sitting together to have breakfast and chat.
