These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Connemara Escape’s Website, located at www.connemaraescape.ie.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Unless otherwise stated, Connemara Escape and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.connemaraescape.ie. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.connemaraescape.ie for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Liability Agreement for using Connemara Escape service.
I do hereby affirm and acknowledge that I (or/and my child) am (is) participating in the Program for my (his/he) own personal benefit, and have been fully informed of the inherent and potential hazards and risks to me (them) associated with participation in indoor, outdoor and water activities and any physical exertion required therein. These hazards and risks include but are not limited to, loss or damage of personal property, mental or emotional distress, broken bones, strains, sprains, bruises, heart attacks, heat exhaustion, concussions, and other personal injuries, or even death, that could result from falling from heights, tripping due to uneven terrain, drowning, allergic reactions to foods, flora or insects, exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather, sun hazards, equipment failure, hypothermia, and vehicle accidents while traveling to and from the activity site. I assume responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, involved to me (or/and my child) and the property in the aforementioned activity, and I voluntarily authorize my participation ( or/and my child’s) in reliance upon my own judgment and knowledge of my experience and capabilities (or and children)
The activities offered include Kayaking, paddle boarding, paddleboard yoga, hiking, personal training, group personal training, fitness training, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, sound healing, energy therapies, shamanic therapies, vegetarian and vegan food.
I confirm that I ( or/and my child) will carefully read and comply with any warnings and instructions. If the participant is a minor, I, Parent, have discussed the rules, activities, and risks with the child, who understands them and wishes to participate nevertheless.
I, an adult participant or parent (for myself and, to the maximum extent allowed by law, on behalf of the minor participant, if applicable), agree to release and covenant not to sue, and to defend and indemnify (that is, to pay or reimburse damages and costs, including attorneys’ fees), Connemara Escape Retreat Centre Inc., the owner of the premises on and about which its activities are conducted, and their respective owners, directors, officers, volunteers, and employees (“Released and Indemnified Parties”) with respect to any claim relating in any way to my, or the minor participation, including as a passive observer. These agreements of release and indemnity include loss or damage, whether economic or non-economic, caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence, but not the intentional wrongs or the gross negligence, of a Released and Indemnified Party. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this contract and shall inure to the benefit of the Released and Indemnified Parties.
In case of emergency, I as an adult or as Parent/Guardian of a minor hereby agree and allow Connemara Retreat Centre, Inc. to provide or obtain emergency medical care. I as an adult or as Parent/Guardian to a minor hereby agree and acknowledge that there is a valid health care insurance policy on me or the minor who will be responsible for any charges incurred. I as an adult or as Parent/Guardian of a minor agree in any event to reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Connemara Retreat Centre, Inc. in response to any emergency situation.
I hereby give my permission and consent to the taking of photographs, video recordings, and other images of me or the minor participant for any purpose and without compensation.
This document is intended to be binding, to the fullest extent allowed by law, on the person signing below, the minor child, if any, and their respective successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and family members. If any part of this document is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable the remainder shall nevertheless be in full force and effect. This agreement may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
This agreement will govern services on the date on which it is signed and thereafter until it is withdrawn by written notice to Connemara Retreat Centre or replaced.
We are taking a deposit payment to secure the booking.
The deposit is nonrefundable unless Connemara Escape cancels the service for its own reasons.
All deposits purchased in the current year, are valid only for the current year.
If the customer wants to transfer the booking to someone else, it is acceptable to notify Connemara Escape about such a change.
We do not refund the full payment 0-21 days before the event or retreat. You are required to pay the remaining balance 21 days before the start of the retreat or event and this is nonrefundable.
Please contact us if you have a different reason for a refund application. We will consider it as we understand that the reason may be important to you. The application does not guarantee your refund.
The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
