Our Mindful Adventure Retreat is the journey of self-discovery, opening you for healing and personal transformation. We invite you to take part in this retreat if you would love to reconnect with nature and the outdoors through activities like hiking/walking and kayaking. The classes like Pilates, Yoga, and Qigong aim to build a closer and more mindful relationship with your Body, Mind, and Spirit, teaching you to understand your body's needs and helping in learning the techniques that will support the balancing processes. All activities and classes welcome beginners and everyone who would like to join the retreat. The classes are suitable for everyone as we design them in a very flexible way, where everyone will find teaching and inspiration. Beginner hiking friendly

Rekindle your passion for the outdoors. A simple walk in nature can bring more benefits than you imagine, healing many areas of your life. We choose the hiking destination depending on group fitness level and hiking experience.

Beginner kayaking friendly

Connect with the water element, get in touch with nature and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Kayaking is another way to be closer to nature, having a full of joy time out. We use double sit on top kayaks to make you feel safe and paddle easy. You don't have to have any prior experience with kayaking.

Tune in to your intuition. Find your true interests, desires, gifts, and talents. Bring the joy back to your life, connecting with yourself on a deeper level.

Truly amazing experience!! I chose this retreat because I love the outdoors and the wilds of Ireland. This retreat ticked that box. The price point was excellent for what was offered and I thought this seemed too good to be true - it turned out to be even better! I had some real breakthroughs in releasing some wounds in a safe environment with beautiful people - not least Eva the host, she was outstanding in everything she delivered. This was my first retreat and I genuinely don't feel it will be bettered for me in the future. I hope to do many more retreats in the future but I feel that Eva's excellence at hosting and creating a warm, open environment for all who attended, along with her expertise and genuine willingness to go the extra mile for everyone who trusts her to go to her retreat will be practically impossible to beat. I'm truly blessed to have booked this time with her and with the people who attended. It was amazing!

I wanted to spend quality time with my son. The location in Ireland and variety of provision offered. It offered a chance to press pause on our busy lives a Cold Water Swimming in the lake near the Rectory in the morning and climbing a (smallish) mountain in the afternoon! What a feeling of accomplishment for us both. Eva went out of her way to provide everyone with everything they needed. The variety of activities on offer was exceptional and the whole retreat was excellent value for money. Eva not only lead all the activities but she also cooked wonderful vegan food and went the extra mile to pick us up from the bus stop when we arrived. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone!

Excellent yoga retreat which showcases Ewa and Jherek's combined skills, knowledge and enthusiasm. Lovely and relaxing accommodation, close to a beautiful lake. We were served delicious food, the majority of them prepared with organic vegetables, including some from Ewa' own garden - homemade pesto, freshly squeezed juices, not forgetting Jherek's omelette 😋. Different activities - hiking, kayaking and I particularly enjoyed their sound healing sessions. Fantastic experience, highly recommended!

What a amazing trip. I literally needed an escape from busy city life, especially in these crazy times. Needed something for my body, mind and soul, moment of quietness, fresh air and beautiful scenery. Never tried sound therapy or chi gung before, which both felt right for my body. First time for paddle boarding, really fun, got some trust for myself and she's a really good teacher. Got some great advice for life and food too. Highly recommend Eva and definitely want to visit her again.
