What to expect?
11.00 AM - registration
Meeting at the Sports Hall in Maum (Maam) located just at the bottom of beautiful Maam Turks Mountains
11.30 - 12.30 - Yoga Asana practice
1 hour of gentle Yoga practice is suitable for both beginners and intermediates. I always make sure to give options for increasing and decreasing the intensity of exercise.
12.30 - 13.30 - lunch break
Plant-based homemade lunch
13.30 - 16.00 - MámÉan
Mám Éan, otherwise known as Maumeen or Mamean walk at a pass through the Maumturk mountains in the Connemara region. Mám Éan, translated to ‘The Pass of the Birds’, is nestled between mountains with beautiful views all around and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout.
16.00 - 16.30 - break
Tea / Coffee and homemade snack break
16.30 - 18.30 - Meditation & Sound Healing
Gentle relaxation Yoga followed by Guided Meditation and Sound Healing Session.

How to get prepared?

  • Make sure you book your ticket via Eventbrite. 
  • Wear comfortable clothing for Yoga Sessions.
  • Bring hiking wear and boots for walking to Mamean ( be prepared for any weather conditions) and have a spare of clothing for the evening just in case.
  • Bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, and pillow for the sessions.
  • Take at least 2 l of water for exercise and hike.
  • Do not stress, relax and just come over. I will take care of you. Let’s meet amazing people 🙂
